David Storey is InquisIT’s Chief Technology Officer.  In this capacity, David is the visionary behind the solutions that InquisIT delivers to its customers. 

With more than 15 years of experience in system administration, network engineering, database management and application development, David possesses the keen ability to envision how to use leading edge IT technology to drive efficiencies for InquisIT’s federal customers.

David is well versed in more than eight programming languages, two SQL platforms and several directory service technologies.  He has served in an engineering and development capacity for several successful IT providers dating back to 1992.
