InquisIT recently earned the coveted CMMI Maturity Level 3 for Service (CMMI SVC/3) appraisal. This standard provides a comprehensive, integrated set of CMMI practice areas for providing superior services to customers and end users.

An appraisal at maturity level 3 (CMMI SVC/3) indicates that a company is performing at a “defined” level and that processes are well characterized, understood, and regularly audited for compliance. Each is described in standards, procedures, tools, and methods. Through the process of earning these ISO certifications, InquisIT has been able to formulate a consistent approach to planning, designing, developing and delivering solutions—based on industry standards and best practices—that achieve customer goals.

ISO 9001:2015

specifies requirements for a quality management system. InquisIT has benefited from the guidance and tools provided in this standard to increase focus on improving process efficiencies to ensure that our services and support consistently meet and exceed customers’ requirements and we have a consistent process for continuous improvement.

ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011

focuses on IT services management. InquisIT leveraged the requirements of this standard to; (1) demonstrate its capability for the design, transition, delivery and improvement of services that fulfil service requirements; (2) monitor, measure and review its service management processes and services; and (3) improve the design, transition, delivery and improvement of services through the effective implementation and operation of the service management system.

ISO/IEC 27001:2013

provides requirements for information security. This standard provides the guidelines by which InquisIT manages the security of our company assets such as financial information, intellectual property, facilities, employee details and information entrusted to us by third parties.
