Quality and Performance are critical keys to InquisIT’s recognition as a leading technology services provider in the public-sector marketplace. We attribute that impressive growth and success to our diligence, commitment, and investment to continually improve our standards, processes, and methods for services delivery to customers. This is demonstrated by the certifications listed below, the combination of which has been earned by very few other companies.

InquisIT recently earned the coveted CMMI Maturity Level 3 for Service (CMMI SVC/3) appraisal. This standard provides a comprehensive, integrated set of CMMI practice areas for providing superior services to customers and end users.

An appraisal at maturity level 3 (CMMI SVC/3) indicates that a company is performing at a “defined” level and that processes are well characterized, understood, and regularly audited for compliance. Each is described in standards, procedures, tools, and methods. We are extremely proud of our company and our employees whose hard work and unwavering commitment to customers enabled InquisIT to receive this appraisal.

Through the process of earning these ISO certifications, InquisIT has been able to formulate a consistent approach to planning, designing, developing and delivering solutions—based on industry standards and best practices—that achieve customer goals.
