InquisIT recognizes 10 Federal Holidays. In addition to the standard Federal holidays, you will receive 15 paid time off (PTO) days. You will be allowed to accrue up to maximum of 240 hours (30 days) of PTO based on the number of years of employment. Any PTO that is not used in the current year will carry over to the following year, not to exceed a total of 240 hours.

InquisIT offers two medical (vision Included) plans;

  • Traditional PPO InquisIT pays 80 percent of the employee rate;
  • High deductible/HSA plan InquisIT pays 100 percent of the employee premium

InquisIT pays 50 percent of the Dental premium.

Eligible employees can participate in InquisIT’s Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). InquisIT offers both health and dependent care FSAs. These plans allow employees to set aside pre-tax dollars to be used toward eligible medical and dependent care expenses.

Coverage is 100% company-paid.

  • Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) coverage is equal to your annual salary up to a maximum benefit amount of $150,000.
  • Short-Term Disability (STD) coverage replaces up to 60% of your salary for up to 13 weeks of disability with a maximum weekly benefit of $1,300.
  • Long-Term Disability (LTD) coverage replaces up to 60% of your salary if you remain disabled after your STD benefit ends with a maximum monthly benefit of $6,000.

Employees are eligible and encouraged to enroll after 30 days of employment. The plan allows employees to save money for their retirement on a pre-tax basis up to IRS limits. There is no vesting schedule; employees are immediately vested. Further, our matching formula increase our matching as you increase your contribution.
