InquisIT recognizes 10 Federal Holidays. In addition to the standard Federal holidays, you will receive 15 paid time off (PTO) days. You will be allowed to accrue up to maximum of 240 hours (30 days) of PTO based on the number of years of employment. Any PTO that is not used in the current year will carry over to the following year, not to exceed a total of 240 hours.

Employees are eligible and encouraged to enroll after 30 days of employment. The plan allows employees to save money for their retirement on a pre-tax basis up to IRS limits. There is no vesting schedule; employees are immediately vested. Further, our matching formula increase our matching as you increase your contribution.
