Having previously served as the company’s Director of Finance and Accounting, Ms. Mahoney will now take on a larger leadership role having responsibility for all financial operations and contractual matters.
“Megan came to InquisIT with over 15 years of experience in federal and commercial contract support, accounting systems management and financial operations management. Her impressive credentials have aligned well with the company’s new growth strategy, making her an essential part of our executive team, in the short time that she has been here,” said Mike McDermott, president of InquisIT. “
Prior to joining InquisIT, Ms. Mahoney served in management-level positions for various government contracting firms, including Corporate Controller at Germane Systems where she supervised and mentored all accounting staff, managed over 100 supplier/vendor relationships, and supervised and managed a lending relationship. Before that time, she was a Senior Financial Analyst at Dynamics Research Corporation. Ms. Mahoney was also the Assistant Controller at High Performance Technologies, Inc. and participated in the transition of financial and other responsibilities associated with the acquisition of the company by Dynamics Research Corporation.
Ms. Mahoney holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, from James Madison University and has certified public accountant credentials in Virginia.
