David Storey serves as InquisIT’s Chief Technology Officer. In this capacity, David is the visionary behind the solutions that InquisIT delivers to its customers. He is passionate about technology and takes pride in staying abreast of new and emerging technology trends. He directly consults with Federal CIOs on the purchase and implementation of technology as well as improving their operations. Dave also regularly updates InquisIT’s demonstration center and uses it as a means for both employees and customers to obtain hands-on experience with the capabilities of leading edge solutions.
Mr. Storey comes to inquisIT with nearly 20 years of experience in system administration, network engineering, database management and application development. Prior to joining inquisIT, David was Deputy Chief Engineer at SuperteK. There, he was the primary engineer for the Joint Operations Command Center – Washington Metro Police Department supporting major events including Presidential Inaugurations, Concerts, major holidays and speeches. Before that time, he held the position of Director of Architecture at Ikimbo and EYEO where he implemented a subscriber-based content management and delivery systems as well as oversaw security of corporate and client infrastructures. Mr. Storey possesses the keen ability to envision how to use technology to drive efficiencies for InquisIT’s customers. He leverages his breadth of knowledge across the technology spectrum to ensure that InquisIT’s customers recognize the full potential of their IT investment.
Dave loves to travel with his wife who is a nationally rated volleyball scorekeeper. He is a photographer, bikes, and supports local musicians and his church as the sound engineer. Mr. Storey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from George Mason University.View LinkedIn profile
