Chantilly, VA, March 19, 2018 – InquisIT LLC, a fast-growing technology company “disrupting the norm” in supporting federal government customers, announced today that Madelyne D’Angelo is now Vice president of Operations at InquisIT. D’Angelo joined the company in 2017 as vice president of Human Resources. Since that time, she has taken on a more and more prominent role in the overall operations of the business. In her new position, Ms. D’Angelo will be responsible for organizational strategy, and overseeing all programs and the leads/managers running them.
“Madelyne has dramatically matured Human Resources in our organization. She has increased benefits and stood up an internal recruiting capability allowing us to better identify candidates that exemplify InquisITeer traits,” said Mike McDermott, president of InquisIT. “As she assumes her new executive leadership role, the company will benefit even more from Madelyne’s creative approach and keen business acumen.”
Ms. D’Angelo has 18 years of experience in human resources including a decade supporting the government sector. Prior to joining InquisIT, she served as managing director of Helios HR, a human capital consulting firm, and vice president of human resources for CRGT, Inc., a leading expert in emerging technology solutions for the federal government. Before that time, D’Angelo was vice president of human resources administration for L-3 STRATIS, one of the largest divisions of global defense leader L-3. She has additional human resource experience with IXI Corporation, a market analysis firm based in McLean, Va., and the City of Pittsburgh.
Ms. D’Angelo earned a law degree from Duquesne University School of Law and a bachelor’s degree from Slippery Rock University in Pennsylvania.
