Standards

Quality

We attribute our impressive growth and success to our diligence, commitment, and investment to continually improve our standards, processes, and methods for services delivery to customers.

This standard provides a comprehensive, integrated set of CMMI practice areas for delivering superior services to customers and end users. An appraisal at maturity level 3 (CMMI SVC/3) indicates that a company is performing at a “defined” level and that processes are well characterized, understood, and regularly audited for compliance.

This standard focuses on IT services management. Requirements of this standard call for a company to: (1) demonstrate capabilities for the design, transition, delivery, and improvement of services that fulfill service requirements; (2) monitor, measure, and review its service management processes and services; and (3) improve the design, transition, delivery, and improvement of services through the effective implementation and operation of the service management system.

This standard provides requirements for information security which includes guidelines for a company to manage the security of its assets such as financial information, intellectual property, facilities, employee details, and information entrusted to the company by third parties.

This standard specifies requirements for a quality management system, providing guidance and tools to increase focus on improving process efficiencies to ensure that services and support consistently meet/exceed customers’ requirements.
